The Cusp

an online immersion to delight in the subtle ecology of the equinoxes. 

Every six months as winter flows into spring and summer turns to autumn, I open a sunrise space online so that we may meet, bleary-eyed and return to ourselves as we sit for 30 minutes of closed-eye practice over 5 days.

Curated breaths, peaceful stillness, contemplation and poetic thought shroud your being as the sun rises at this time of equilibrium. Coaxing you to attune to the pace of nature as we sift our systems into a new way via transition of the season. 

All content is recorded and held in a digital suite for you to peruse over for 30 days following the live transmission and a bonus integrative practice is included to finish your experience. 

An ephemeral portal of peace and gentle reset to remind us that we are as nature is.
